Uh oh! Something's not right? Let's get that fixed up! Just let me know what's happening and I'll take a look.

But first-- check the known issues section below - I might already know about it! It may even be fixed already and we're just waiting on Apple to approve the update.

If the issue is that the app is not launching at all, please check the list of common iOS issues and fixes before emailing.

If the issue isn't on either list, please send me an email and I'll check it out! Please include any information you think might help me reproduce the issue, including your device type (eg. Is it an iPhone 5S? iPad Air? iPod Touch 4th Gen?) and your iOS version.

Of course, if you just want to send me some nice feedback or suggestions, that's cool too-- I'd love to hear from you. :)

Known issues


CURRENT The red arrow that indicates out a new type of game element gets left behind when skipping through a tutorial quickly. It's pointy and could take an eye out.

These issues have been fixed - please update

FIXED IN 1.0.2 Launch crash on some devices running iOS 5.x. (Possible workaround until then is to disable internet access.)

FIXED IN 1.0.1 The 'Rate on the App Store' button and prompt do not correctly go to the App Store for some users.

FIXED IN 1.0.1 Level 10 is too hard!

FIXED IN 1.0.1 Level 15 is too hard!

FIXED IN 1.0.1 The 'Press the Button' achievement is not reporting correctly to Game Center.

Common iOS issues and fixes

The app icon is dark and won't open.

The app hasn't fully downloaded. Your internet connection may have been interrupted during transfer resulting in an incomplete download. Check your internet connection and try downloading again. Redownloading an app you've already bought doesn't cost anything.

Or your internet may be fine, but your device ran out of space. Free up some space by deleting unwanted apps, photos etc. Then delete and redownload.

The app launches but immediately closes.

Try these:

  • Close all running apps (including the app that won't open) and try running the app again. Here's how.
  • If that doesn't work, restart your device and try running again. Here's how.
  • Delete the game and redownload (you won't be charged again) and retry.

Can I request a refund?

I am unable to offer refunds as your account and transaction are with Apple Inc.

However, you can seek a refund through Apple under some circumstances. Here's how.
